JAC's client, a foreign-invested hospital is looking for Customer Service to work at their clinics.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for doctor's examinations and provide explanations to patients.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to patients and visitors at the clinic
- Handle billing and insurance claims and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and excellent customer service
- Candidates with experience in the medical/health sector are preferred.
