Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of executives and technicians to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical systems.
Manage service providers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate rectification works for M&E services.
Plan and oversee upgrading projects, tenant improvement works, and capital enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with building safety regulations, accreditation standards, and asset management objectives.
Monitor project progress, control costs, and support budgeting and expense tracking.
Prepare monthly reports, analyze cost variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain strong communication with tenants and stakeholders to resolve technical and maintenance issues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in building M&E systems maintenance and operations.
Solid understanding of building maintenance, technical services, and tenant management.
Familiarity with building automation systems (BMS) and PLC applications is advantageous.
Fire Safety Manager certification will be considered an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good command of English
