Chief Accountant (JLPT N2/N1)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is Manufacturing company looking for the Chief Accountant (JLPT N2/N1) position.

Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly revenue and expense reports.
Forecast short-term and long-term financial plans.
Monitor and control cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Review the accuracy of invoices and other related documents to ensure compliance with procedures; carry out monthly payments to suppliers.
Prepare financial statements and submit monthly VAT and PIT reports on time.
Finalize Personal Income Tax (PIT) and work with tax authorities during tax inspections/audits.
Calculate payroll and Personal Income Tax for Vietnamese and expatriate employees.
Prepare reports on increases and decreases in mandatory social insurance for employees.
Prepare internal reports and perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Monitor and control activities related to administration and human resources.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language: Japanese (JLPT N2/N1)
Experience working in Japanese companies
Chief Accountant Certificate
Team management experience
Experience in handling applications for issuance and renewal of Work Permits (WP) and -Temporary Residence Cards (TRC)
Experience in VAT refund procedures.
