Backend Developer (Game)

· Working time: 8:00 AM – 17:00PM; Mon - Fri
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling 2 projects: one using PHP and one using Java.
- Developing new features while maintaining and operating existing features on the Backend Game Server.
- Ensuring the server operates smoothly and continuously.
- Ensuring source code quality meets company standards.
- Designing, testing source code for accurate operation and no errors when deployed to the Production environment.
- Continuously updating knowledge and new technologies to meet job requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate living in Ho Chi Minh City
- Knowledge and experience in software development using PHP or Java & HTML/CSS & JavaScript
- Experience with databases & caching systems such as MySQL, memcached, Redis, etc.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Good programming and system thinking skills.
- Desire to work in game development
- Foreign language proficiency is not required for the job, but an English CV is required.
- Senior level must have experience in the gaming industry.
- Junior level just needs Passion for gaming
- Friendly personality, capable of teamwork
Preferred:
- Experience in programming communication between mobile and server via TCP/IP, Websocket, WebService protocols
- Understanding of Cloud-based software (Azure, GCP).
- Good knowledge of Software design patterns.
- Ability to use multiple programming languages (in addition to PHP).
