COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client, a Real estate investment, Real estate trading, and Real estate leasing company is currently looking for a Commercial Operation Manager position in Binh Duong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Assess project feasibility by researching technology, design, regulations, and demand
• Develop and implement master plans for new construction and major renovation projects as per manager instructions
• Coordinate with management to determine project priorities and scope
• Assist the project team in reviewing design drawings, specifications, and documents
• Stay up-to-date on design, construction, and technology trends through industry publications, manuals, and textbooks
• Innovate and assist in developing new architectural standards, policies, and procedures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher - Major: Architecture
• Knowledge of construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong sense of architectural design aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Ability to design in 3D, basic drawing skills, and familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Communication and self-project management skills.
• Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break (Monday - Friday)
