JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Managing arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders.
Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree.
Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in an Admin position for a multinational company.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone.
Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
