JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and other written communication channels.
 - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (training shall be provided)
 - Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and concise manner.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
 - Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support system.
 - Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
 - Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation and FAQs.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Welcome fresh or experienced candidates, with some exposure to client-facing role, especially in tech environments.
 - Strong command of English, especially in written form.
 - Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
 - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
 - Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Willing to be based in a beautiful coastal city in Central Vietnam.
