Schedule
- Learn basic knowledge of schedule control
- Daily schedule created in charge of construction work
- Arrangement & adjustment of work in charge
Quality
- Understanding construction items
- Executing process inspection by checklist
- Inspection records summary (check list, photos)
Safety
- Learn the basics of safety management knowledge
- Understanding & practicing internal safety rules
- Preparation & execution of temporary works
Cost
- Grasp cost & unit price of work in charge
2. Requirements:
- University in the field of constructions
- Have 3 years of experience in factory or high-rise building construction at Japanese company
- Be able to communicate in English, can read and understand technical documents written in English
- Working location: Hanoi and around Hanoi (Ha Nam, Hai Phong, Hưng Yen, Vinh Phuc…) based on the projects.
- Good health, work under high pressure
- Age:25 - 35 years old
