JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do planning and make report for developing business project of amusement park yearly.;
Searching and negotiate for leased premises for new project in shopping mall Mall.
Plan to coordinate with other departments to deploy and build a new play area.
The other related works of business development according to instruction of superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Japanese: Good communication.
Graduated in university
Have experience of business development, search for premises in shopping mall for 2 years more.
Can go business trip in provinces.
Have good communication, negotiation skills.
Have knowledge for construction, Legal documents (Preferred).
BENEFITS

Working time: working 5 day/week & off 2 day/week; 8.5 hour/day.
