Lead and manage the Development Division
- Drive strategic direction, operational management, and service quality
- Supervise department managers and engineering teams to meet business goals
Job Requirements
- Japanese proficiency: N2 or higher (business-level communication)
- Proven experience in IT management and office/branch operations
- Preferred qualifications:
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer using modern programming languages
- Experience in EC site development or working at offshore development companies
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills with both Japanese and local staff
