Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Development Division

   

• Drive strategic direction, operational management, and service quality

• Supervise department managers and engineering teams to meet business goals

Job Requirements

• Japanese proficiency: N2 or higher (business-level communication)

• Proven experience in IT management and office/branch operations

• Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as a software engineer using modern programming languages

• Experience in EC site development or working at offshore development companies

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills with both Japanese and local staff
