SITE ADMIN STAFF

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese company is about real estate and other partners will set up a new project construction in Hanoi to develop a residential township in Hai Phong need to employ a Site Admin Staff for Corporate Department working in Hai Phong.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support to set up office for JV Company at Hai Phong site.
  • Arrange transportation of documents between Ha Noi – Hai Phong.
  • Working closely with partner’s teams to collect documents & exchange information.
  • Support scan, check & sign documents (Sales and Purchase Agreement, debt confirmation….).
  • Planning and management of company events.
  • Performing and assisting with various procedures and preparations related to personnel change.
  • Management of various facilities and equipment in the office.
  • Management of company car (contact work with company car contractor, allocation of company cars, etc.).
  • Arrangement of airline tickets, accommodations for business trip and home leave.
  • Assistance with Accounting work and Human Resource work (if incurred)
  • Enterprise law issues (BOD, …).
  • Amendment of Charter, List of Approving Authority.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties which includes but not limited to order stationery, IT help, room key, …
  • Report to Corporate Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-4 years of experience from a similar position.
  • Live in Hai Phong is preferred.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of general administrative duties with certainty, speed, care, and responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage and execute multiple tasks.
  • Ability to respond flexibly and patiently to changes in requests, schedules, etc.
  • Ability to learn and master new tasks.
  • Ability to fully utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and human resources operations.

BENEFITS
  • Gross/month 800-1,200 USD.
  • Pursuant to the company Internal Labour Rule.
