COMPANY OVERVIEW

Foreign-owned capital company produces spices, cooking oils, frozen foods, beverages, sweeteners, amino acids, and pharmaceuticals.

JOB SUMMARY

• This role will collaborate with vendors and user departments to enhance and sustain current IT application systems associated with Production.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with relevant partners to comprehensively gather business requirements.
• Verify functional design to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Assist user departments in system utilization.
• Participate with user departments in conducting User Acceptance Tests.
• Oversee system access to ensure information security.
• Engage in the management and periodic evaluation of vendor performance to ensure service quality.
• Regularly monitor system health and performance.
• Troubleshoot problems, minimize business impact, and proactively prevent system issues.
• Efficiently execute change requests as per business requirements to enhance the system.
• Assist leaders in managing the lifecycle of systems and outsourcing services to ensure timely and proper extensions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possessing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of business application systems pertaining to manufacturing operations.
• Exhibiting proficient communication, problem-solving, MS Office skills, and moderate English proficiency.
• Accruing approximately 2 years of experience in enterprise application systems, covering development to maintenance.
• Proficiency in programming development skills, such as automation techniques, application/web coding, Microsoft® .Net technologies, and Microsoft® SQL Database, is advantageous.

WORK PLACE

• Working time: 07:30 – 16:00/ From Monday to Friday.
• Working place: Bien Hoa Office
