JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team responsible for increasing applications and enrollments.
- Strategically oversee activities for both domestic and international audiences.
- Develop integrated marketing and learner acquisition strategies, including communication, event management, and outreach.
- Track and maintain contact databases for marketing and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors' activities and understand customers' needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to achieve overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Meet enquiries and enrollment targets.
- Identify and build relationships with key internal and external partners for integrated recruitment programs.
- Ensure KPIs for educatee application and marketing initiatives are met.
- Provide high-level advice on emerging learner recruitment issues and markets.
- Actively participate in strategic planning and goal tracking.
- Develop a plan to leverage alumni contacts for recruitment.
- Manage the budget and financial objectives.
- Supervise a team of specialists in student recruitment.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
- Undertake additional assignments by the Line Manager and President.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Possess significant background in sales and business development.
- Demonstrate expertise in recognizing customer motivations, purchasing behaviors, and decision-making processes.
- Have a track record of thriving in adaptable and dynamic work settings.
- Exhibit strong people management abilities, including staff management and development.
- Fluent in English, showcasing exceptional copywriting skills.
- Display strategic thinking and leadership qualities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing and developing teams, planning, and organizing tasks.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
