JAC's client, a real estate development company, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive (China Desk)
Location: Binh Duong
Job Responsibilities
Manage all sales, rental, marketing, and customer support activities related to the Taiwanese/Chinese market.
Introduce, promote, and sell the company’s housing products to Taiwanese/Chinese customers.
Handle all tasks related to the Taiwanese School, including coordination and support.
Identify, approach, develop, and expand the customer base in the China and Taiwan markets.
Obtain sponsorships for company events.
Manage commercial leasing for Taiwanese and Chinese tenants.
Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 03 years of experience in sales B2B, preferably with a background in real estate sales or leasing.
Native-level proficiency in Chinese is required.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with high responsibility and adaptability.
Good English communication skills.
Basic MS Office skills.
