JAC's client, a real estate development company, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive (China Desk)
Location: Binh Duong
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all sales, rental, marketing, and customer support activities related to the Taiwanese/Chinese market.
- Introduce, promote, and sell the company’s housing products to Taiwanese/Chinese customers.
- Handle all tasks related to the Taiwanese School, including coordination and support.
- Identify, approach, develop, and expand the customer base in the China and Taiwan markets.
- Obtain sponsorships for company events.
- Manage commercial leasing for Taiwanese and Chinese tenants.
- Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 03 years of experience in sales B2B, preferably with a background in real estate sales or leasing.
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese is required.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high responsibility and adaptability.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic MS Office skills.
