COMPANY OVERVIEW 
A foreign bank is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager (Large-deal Market) to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Translate overarching strategic objectives into detailed tactical business plans with clear metrics to monitor progress and assess effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential competitors within the Vietnamese market.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, regulators, and industry influencers, to enhance business operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with international units to boost network referrals and integrate global insights into local strategies.
  • Oversee and manage income uplift, budgeting, and financial forecasts to ensure sustained profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Evaluate and address potential risks and challenges linked to market expansion, devising robust strategies to mitigate impacts on the business.
  •  Analyze both direct and indirect competitive landscapes, understand client pain points, and refine workflow processes to maximize operational efficiencies while minimizing risks and costs.
  •  Contribute insights and strategic recommendations for product or service enhancements, based on a thorough assessment of current market conditions and projected changes, to drive revenue growth in Vietnam.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business.
  • Minimum of 10 years experiences in Business Development or Banking, Finance, Economics
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities within premier corporate entities and financial institutions globally, harnessing the full potential of our product suite and service offerings.
  • Strategically craft and execute business plans that synchronize with and advance the broader strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Proficient in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote products and services.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capacity to guide and support teams.
  • Expertise in managing client interactions and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
