Senior Legal (M&A)

Job Description

• Conduct market and industry research to identify and evaluate potential target companies.

• Build and expand professional networks to source relevant deal opportunities.

• Prepare discussion materials in English for management members.

• Support various transactions in ASEAN and other regions, including those involving affiliated entities.

• Conduct due diligence on target companies in collaboration with both internal and external resources.

• Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

• Take on ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job requirements

• Strong desire to contribute to the improvement of healthcare services and systems.

• Overseas work experience or experience within a multinational corporation.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
