JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve revenue, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Accountable for selling solutions and equipment to customers and distributors.
• Onboard and develop distributors and sales agents.
• Submit weekly reports and forecasts.
• Manage accounts, analyze sales, and handle contracts.
• Participate in the tendering process.
• Identify construction events and collect relevant contacts for business development.
• Ensure on-time, professional product delivery.
• Provide guidance and assist customers in identifying any training needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a degree or equivalent, with a preference for business or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales management.
• Sound comprehension of the construction industry and its operational procedures.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial, legal, and commercial terminology.
