JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and effectively oversee domestic and international business activities.
- Define and create market development and prospective customer targeting strategies.
- Update client products and pricing information.
- Develop and maintain a network of business connections both inside and beyond the nation.
- Enhance and execute business processes.
- Provide regular job reports and carry out assigned tasks.
- Build, develop, and train the team. Manage and ensure the team's work effectiveness.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or higher. Preferably major in Chemistry, Economics, or equivalent fields of study.
- Experience in business or procurement expertise in the area of general synthetic rubber
- Knowledge of the General Synthetic Rubber sector
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position are preferred.
- Fluent in English verbal & written.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing business data and conducting market analysis.
