JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Maintain and expand customer networks domestically and internationally.
- Monitor market trends and propose new business approaches.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Accounting, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for the Management Board.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of plastic resins / PVC raw materials.
- Good English skills (communication and technical reading).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
