As a Sales Manager you will collaborates with sales leaders to prepare detailed account plans for existing and new customer accounts. Implements account plan templates and strategic plans that include targets, action plan, key stakeholders, etc. Facilitates cross-functional account reviews and problem-solving efforts to
align on targets, identify solutions, and agree on action plans. Assists with contract negotiations and dispute resolution when necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Takes a disciplined and rigorous approach to managing accounts.
- Leads the account planning and commercial performance management work streams for the entire division.
- Implements comprehensive account plan templates (e.g., overview, strategy, total spend and share, margin performance, needs, key stakeholders, action plan).
- Develops structured, strategic, and tactical plans that include specific financial targets, action plans, and service elements.
- Builds capability within account teams to deliver against action plans.
- Develop, maintain, and update multi-year regeneration budgets.
- Responsible for cross-functional problem solving and execution between sales team and the broader organization to identify solutions and capture results.
- Facilitates cross-functional account reviews to align on targets and action plan for customers.
- May assist with customer contract negotiations, assess areas of dispute, and amend contracts when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities):
- Possess in-depth experience in a B2B sales/account management environment.
- Possess experience in market planning and/or commercial strategy development.
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Possess excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Possess excellent project management and planning skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize competing projects
Education & Experience
- Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 8-12 years of experience
