JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop marketing and brand strategies to achieve mid-term management goals and develop roadmap for mid to long-term plans.
  • Develop and lead marketing strategies for launching new brand of products in Asia Pacific region.
  • Develop key indicators to monitor and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Works closely with multi-functional teams (HQ, Management, and Affiliates) to drive marketing channels and marketing campaigns, ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy.
  • Responsible for the overall IBMO Sales. [4W, 2W, Diesel & Gear]. To meet the Sales Volume KPI & Sales Profit KPI.
  • Responsible for the overall IBMO Sales Team Management [PG, KL & JB]: Transform & provide training, set up the Sales Manual & Activities Directions to IBMO Sales Team Members.
  • Implement the IBMO Sales Strategies Planning, Monitoring, Analyzing and Result Evaluating Process
  • Responsible for Sales Campaign Program: Set up the expenses budget, GP calculation and supporting program mechanism. Coordinate with Finance Dept, Supply Chain, Operation Team, Sales Team for program implementation.
  • Coordinate with IKC & ILAP, for IBMO Sales Strategies & Directions. [Short Term & Long Term]: Sales expansion plan, price setting, monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product, competitor activities, market trend.
  • Plan and set up the IBMO Brand Recognition Activities. [Workshop Roadshows, Signboard Sponsorship Project].

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Minimum degree in Marketing/Business or other related fields
  • Have at least 8 years of relevant working experience in marketing role
  • Experience with launching new product/brand in Vietnam.
  • Proven track record of experience in launching brand in global market.
  • Prior experience in FMCG / Oil & Gas/Automotive industries will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing campaigns strategies
  • Prior experience and hands on experience in market analysis, competitor and customer insights analysis is required.
  • Good relationship management skills to liaise with internal and external partners and ILAP, IKC
  • Self-motivated, independent, flexible, and resourceful
  • Good communication in English is a must, Japanese is preferred.
