Restaurant Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese restaurant is looking for a Supervisor/Store Manager to oversee their daily operations in Da Nang.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Management and supervision for the smooth operations. Store work (customer service, cooking, OJT for employees)

• Employee management (creating schedules for about 10 people)
• Communication with other staff
• Recruitment 
• Training 
• Management and supervision of product quality
• Regular product checks, suggestions and guidance for improvement
• Appropriate food management
• Customer service, service management and supervision
• Handling customer complaints and problem solving
• Communication with suppliers (order, delivery, negotiation)
• Communication with external parties (accounting, government, banks, landlords, etc.)
• Preparation and submission of required documents
• Conduct meetings as necessary
• Store cash management
• Manage cost issues, inventory table, prepare and submit reports
• Communication with the Japanese side (reporting, addressing issues and proposing improvement)
• Business trip to the Japanese headquarters (about once a year)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role
• English communication skills (TOEIC score of 600 or higher)
• Interested in Japan or Japanese food
• Basic Excel and Word skills, communication skills
• Management experience, leadership skills

OTHER INFORMATION

• Working hours: Shift work (9:30-18:30, 12:30-21:30) 1 hour break, 6 days/week
• Annual leave: 12 days
• Bonus
• Salary increase once per year
• Social insurance following Vietnamese Law
