【Job Responsibilities】
• Consulting clients on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs
• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available
• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates
• Networking across industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge
• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
• Supervise to conduct effective behavioral interviews, negotiate offers and client-candidate 
management.
 
【Job Requirements】
• Graduated college/ bachelor’s degrees in any field
• Passion about contact with people, expanding the network and building relationships
• Having experience working in Recruitment Agency/ Headhunting is plus mark
• Fluently communicate in English or Japanese for 4 skills
