Responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming of security equipment, adhering to company's standards and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, test, and program security equipment per company protocols.
• Drive projects to successful outcomes.
• Supporting Sales and departments with tech solutions and assistance.
• Uncover and solve complex security system issues with precision.
• Provide clients with practical and engaging on-site training sessions.
• Craft security systems and building layouts with AutoCAD.
• Continuously expand your expertise in security concepts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Computer, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and commissioning security, electronic, or small electronic projects. Multinational experience preferred.
• Basic IT knowledge of security hardware, network systems, and databases.
• Experience with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Lenel, GE, Cisco, and S2 systems (strong advantage).
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
• Quick learner with a strong focus on client service.
