JOB RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                 

 

  • Monitor the factory’s technical procedures and processes, from production through to packaging.

  • Ensure proper utilization of employees, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.

  • Guarantee consistent implementation of HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) standards to prevent pollution, accidents, and occupational illnesses.

  • Oversee overall production operations; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of the production system both at the system level and on-site.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with established production standards.

  • Monitor and verify that all machines are operated according to procedures.

  • Ensure adherence to occupational safety regulations during production activities.

  • Design, implement, and optimize production processes for efficiency.

  • Identify process deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct regular area inspections and audits.

  • Observe machine performance and other indicators to ensure optimal operation.

  • Periodically monitor material handling areas (weighing and mixing) and machine zones.

  • Control production scheduling for QC personnel pending or cleared by the lab.

  • Ensure and maintain the quality of manufactured products.

  • Plan and organize employee shift schedules.

  • Monitor and ensure accurate and timely shift handovers.

  • Supervise the operation of equipment such as forklifts, Jungheinrich, and reach trucks.

  • Report material shortages to the purchasing department promptly.

  • Maintain and enforce the integrity of the QEMS (Quality and Environmental Management System) throughout production.

  • Monitor routine production supply needs (e.g., cable ties, wire brushes, etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • At least 5 years of experience working in a masterbatch or compounding manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively across departments.

  • Proficient in English communication.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
