JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor the factory’s technical procedures and processes, from production through to packaging.
Ensure proper utilization of employees, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.
Guarantee consistent implementation of HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) standards to prevent pollution, accidents, and occupational illnesses.
Oversee overall production operations; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.
Ensure smooth functioning of the production system both at the system level and on-site.
Develop and maintain production schedules.
Ensure compliance with established production standards.
Monitor and verify that all machines are operated according to procedures.
Ensure adherence to occupational safety regulations during production activities.
Design, implement, and optimize production processes for efficiency.
Identify process deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular area inspections and audits.
Observe machine performance and other indicators to ensure optimal operation.
Periodically monitor material handling areas (weighing and mixing) and machine zones.
Control production scheduling for QC personnel pending or cleared by the lab.
Ensure and maintain the quality of manufactured products.
Plan and organize employee shift schedules.
Monitor and ensure accurate and timely shift handovers.
Supervise the operation of equipment such as forklifts, Jungheinrich, and reach trucks.
Report material shortages to the purchasing department promptly.
Maintain and enforce the integrity of the QEMS (Quality and Environmental Management System) throughout production.
Monitor routine production supply needs (e.g., cable ties, wire brushes, etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience working in a masterbatch or compounding manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively across departments.
Proficient in English communication.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
