Printing Shift Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect data, report production results, report materials, printing ink, etc.
• Deploy production when receiving production orders from planning department.
• Responsible for productivity and print quality in shifts
• Manage 25 employees in 1 shift.
• Monitor, record, report workers on leave, overtime, rearrange human resources reasonably when workers take leave.
• Monitor the cleaning of factories and machines according to 5S standards.
• Deploy, urge workers to work, check and improve.
• Manage workers, remind, discipline when workers violate regulations and processes.
• Handling problems arising in the production process about machines, materials, people, working methods.
• Report the production status and unusual incidents to the head of the department and related departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age from 25 to 35, College degree in printing technology or higher.
• English communication, office computer, especially good at Excel is an advantage.
• Comply with company regulations.
• Working experience: 3 years or more in a similar position
• Working 3 shifts
