JOB PURPOSE

• Offering expert knowledge in Infrastructure & Platform management (AWS Cloud, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools, middlewares such as Mulesoft, Kafka, JBoss, etc.) to ensure the stability and performance of systems.
• Implementing preventive measures to mitigate incidents and problems.
• Managing and actively participating in incident and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborating with operational teams to establish and implement best practices, standards, and frameworks for infrastructure and platform operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with departments to understand Infrastructure & Platforms applications for efficient service operation.
• Define operation frameworks, standards, and processes for Infrastructure & Platforms and communicate them for daily use.
• Analyze and propose technology and standards improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends through training courses.
• Provide advice, training, and support for Infrastructure & Platforms operations.
• Lead incident response efforts, analyze root causes, and implement preventive solutions.
• Develop assessment plans to address weaknesses and risks and improve service quality.
• Independently resolve technical issues with productivity and quality.
• Monitor and report on operation activities compliance.
• Report periodically to the Director of Infrastructure Services Excellent Center.Bottom of Form

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure & platforms operation and implementation.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud, Openshift, and various middlewares (IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, MuleSoft, Kafka, JBoss, Tomcat, etc.); CI/CD Tools, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Highly organized and responsible, capable of working under pressure.
