JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Blueprint

Formulate and reach a consensus on comprehensive marketing blueprints that effectively bolster the attainment of country objectives across business sectors within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

Develop and concur on multi-channel marketing initiatives, specifying the intended lead sources, lead quantity, and related actions necessary for campaign execution.

Collaborate with managers in formulating and supporting the execution of activity schedules, encompassing in-office events and outreach endeavours.

Devise suitable PR strategies and aligned with business requirements.

Prospect generating
-
Partner with key stakeholders to strategize and execute all prospect activities in a highly efficient manner, meeting the prescribed lead quotas by source to maximize sales prospects and business outcomes.

Identify fresh opportunities for lead generation and propose investments and anticipated outcomes to the Managing Director for launching these novel marketing ventures.

Challenge the existing situation by introducing creative and pioneering concepts.

Event Marketing & Information centre Management – Prospect
-
Schedule, plan, and execute marketing undertakings to support the effective running of company’s events, encompassing pre-event marketing and all event-related tasks.

Develop marketing materials and booth designs (with assistance from the local team) to showcase company in alignment with strategic objectives and brand positioning.

Appraise the success of marketing events based on client feedback and make improvements.

Establish and manage the local Information centre, working closely with the Regional Information centre team.
Growth checking

Employ analytics effectively to assess the efficiency of marketing campaigns and track the number of qualified leads generated compared to the targets for each destination.

Proactively raise concerns and offer suggestions for improving lead quantity and quality.

Digital Marketing (overseen by the Web Marketing team)

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure the local website remains current and inspirational, aligning with agreed objectives.

Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to generate web leads through various online platforms.
Supplier Management

Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with pertinent vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance business success and ensure high-quality outcomes for the company.

Cultivate corporate and government connections to enhance PR and partnership prospects that your team can capitalize on.
Team Managing

Lead, develop, and sustain a high-performing team dedicated to achieving company’s core marketing objectives.

Establish and maintain robust relationships and communication with the regional office.

Budget Management
-
Efficiently manage budget and resource allocations to fulfill business priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educated to Graduation level or equivalent
-
Minimum five years of employment history in a mid-level marketing role, or a minimum of eight years of pertinent work experience
-
Experience in financial resource management
-
Demonstrated skills in analysis and solution finding
-
Exhibited advanced written and verbal communication abilities for both print and digital platforms
-
Aptitude for motivating, overseeing, and managing personnel, including the skill to establish priorities and fulfil concurrent deadlines
