- Our client is a food distribution company. The position is Logistic Executive cum Translator under Back Office Department. The role consists of approximately 25% translation duties and 75% administrative/ back- office tasks, mainly focusing on product ordering and logistics - related activities
- Location: D1, HCMC
Job Responsibilities
- Translate documents, contracts, and reports between Vietnamese and Japanese with high accuracy
- Provide interpretation support during internal meetings, conferences, presentations, and negotiations
- Manage schedules and arrange travel for managers
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications channels, ensuring timely responses
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Maintain both electronic and physical filling systems
- Provide general administrative support to senior staff and manage office operations
- Process employee payment/ claim requests
- Collaborate with colleagues to carry out daily operations related to administration, accounting, product ordering, and logistics (including arranging transportation, managing delivery schedules, and product registration)
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English or Vietnamese and Japanese ( accurate translation skills)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ordering and logistics processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
