Foreign-owned capital company produces spices, cooking oils, frozen foods, beverages, sweeteners, amino acids, and pharmaceuticals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Execution:
  • Make yearly/ monthly/ daily sales plan, supervise, conduct GENBA (actual site investigation) and regularly review to accomplish the established targets.
  • Be accountable for the sales performance and results for customers such as Fast-food chain, Delica, Restaurant chain, Japanese Restaurant & Hotel 5 stars up.
  • Implement the expansion of frozen food business.
Sales channel management and analysis
  • Ensure all sales activities of directly managed sales teams/ staff strictly follow the Company's SOP/ regulation.
  • Update, analyze the sales situation, potential for development of the sales channels to give direction to solve problems, secure and develop market share.
Customer management
  • Manage, maintain, and develop business relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory of customers to ensure enough stock for all stores.
  • Support customers with new application ideas and follow up to get adoption.
Others
  • Carry out continuous innovation and come up with new activities/ improvement to achieve targets, secure and develop market share.
  • Conduct on-the-job (OJT) training, educate, make coaching plan and provide coaching for subordinates.
  • Control 5S at the working location.
  • Understand, follow the direction and strategy of the Company, Division, Department and Section.
  • Complete assignments and targets of the work in own area of management and responsibility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Having knowledge of Sales, marketing and key financial indicators to make business decisions.
  • Having good skills in negotiation, business acumen, management, plan setting and execution, problem finding and solving and resource management.
  • (Preferably) Having experience of working which involves cooking understanding, functions of spices and product applications in the food.
  • Ready for business trip according to the arrangement and assignment of the company.
  • Having 3+ years of experience of sales in food service “HORECA”.
