Japanese optical component manufacturing company with strong presence in Asia, core business includes camera lens, etc
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Vietnamese engineers at the factory
- Oversee the entire engineering process for manufacturing and customization of the lens products
- Collaborate with the Japanese manager when working with key clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work experience or education related to lens/glass processing (ガラス加工)
- Experience in similar positions: Engineer Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager
- Good Japanese communication (N3 and above)
- Candidates who reside in Hai Duong, Long Bien, Times City are preferred
- ~$1500 (Gross) Salary, depending on the candidate's experience and ability
- Bonus: 4 times a year
