COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese company is about Tax and Accounting, Investment and Business Consulting looking for position of of Japanese speaking consultant at Accounting and Tax consulting (ACT) department in our Hanoi office.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• To be PIC of each project (follow up by leader).
• Contact via Email with Japanese client to guide clients regards to the following projects:
• Declare the Personal Income Tax (PIT) for Japanese client.
• Prepare the Corporate Income Tax (CIT), the Foreign Contractor Tax and Value Add Tax (VAT) declaration to Japanese companies.
• Preparing the Financial statements for Japanese client.
• Consults to client issues about accounting and tax based on client’s question.
• Join the meeting with clients in the necessary case as a contact person (Vietnamese to Japanese, Japanese to Vietnamese).
• Translate the accounting and tax reports and legal news of the department into Japanese to upload on the website of company and send to Japanese client.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
                                                                                       

• A bachelor's degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Law, Tax, Accounting, Finance, Banking.
• Have lived in Japan for more than 2 years or have N1.
• No experience required; priority is given to newly graduated students.
• Having good knowledge of the accounting regime and tax system of Vietnam is preferable.
• Having good communication skill.
• Knowing VBA Excel, Power point is an advantage.
• Having team spirit, dynamism, effort, dedication, and progressive spirit.

• Salary:  18~20 Mil VND Gross or negotiable based on experience.
