JAC’s client, a Japanese company in the Education industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager position. Develop businesses as a project leader and sales leader between JP partners and VN partners and clients.
Job Responsibilities
Create and execute business plans with timely report after researching and gathering information.
Work with stakeholders (VN partners and JP partners) to achieve project goals, keeping schedules and monitoring progress.
Maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Promote and market company contents and services effectively
- Participate in the feedback and decision-making process when authorized by the Director.
Job Requirements
Business alliance, project management and communication skills
Japanese: N1-N2 / English: Business communication level
MS Office, high level of Excel and PowerPoint
Over 5 years of proven experience in business development, strategic alliances, or sales, with added value if related to publishing, education, or finance sectors
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Skilled in researching, analyzing, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrates honesty, reliability, discretion, and a solid understanding of confidentiality protocols
