JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and suggest improvements to business processes to improve overall workflow efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on delivering results.
- Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies utilizing Lean and Six Sigma sciences to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise-wide understanding, communication, education and coordination of all programs related to Quality, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Determine correct strategy for Lean and Six Sigma projects, taking problem statement and defining appropriate metrics to enable successful execution.
- Other assignments from Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience with record of results
- Extensive experience with lean manufacturing concepts (Kaizen, 5S, TPM,…)
- Project Management experience and knowledge;
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
