JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Two main areas to focus on: Internal training (mainly with FO)/Recruitment 
Other areas of work expected to be taken over gradually: C&B/Administration
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and tactics in accordance with the overall business strategy;
  • Develop annual strategies and plans on training and human resource development: including action programs, budgets for training activities;
  • Build learning & development roadmaps for potential positions/talents in the company;
  • In charge of implementing e-learning;
  • Act as a liaison between management and employess, heloping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues;
  • Design, plan and implement internal communications activities;
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensure recruitment quotas for stores and offices.
  • Build a positive working environment;
  • Supervise and manage the employee evaluation and reward system, maintain compensation and benefits plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Require at least 03 years of experience in the position of manager/leader and be the type of who wants to directly “build & fix things”.
  • Experience in internal training implementation.
  • Experience in implementing mass recruitment is an advantage.
  • Logical and coherent thinking.

  • Working time:
    Mon to Fri from 8h15 to 17h30.
    Two Saturdays of one month.
  • Working location: Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi
