COMPANY OVERVIEW

JAC's client – a newly established manufacturing company of food and beverage products – is seeking a dynamic and visionary Export Sales Manager in Ho Chi Minh City. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target international markets. This includes market analysis, identifying key opportunities, setting sales targets, and formulating action plans to achieve objectives.

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences in target regions. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients in international markets. Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide input to product development teams based on market feedback and demand.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay abreast of relevant export regulations, trade policies, and compliance requirements in target markets. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, mitigating risks associated with international sales activities.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the sales team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of management experience for Export sales. Experience in Food & Beverage industry is a big advantage.

  • Familiarity with export regulations, trade compliance, and international business practices.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
