JOB RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                 
 
Day to day execution of HR support such as:
  • Recruitment, training and development to create a quantitative and qualitative well-equipped workforce.
  • Recruitment: to seek, contact, and arrange for interviewing candidates, preparing document for new employees. Training: to make the training program and organize the training course of compliance,company regulation…for new employees.
  • Implement HR tools to support the business likes induction program, job profiles, succession planning,
  • exit interviews and engagement survey together with management within the country.
  • Analyzing staff turnover and working with line management to solve issues.
  • Maintaining personnel files, keep them up to date according to corporate guidelines and local legislation, make building KPI system for each position of Departments for yearly
Performance Appraisal.
  • Compensation & Benefit: To perform/review and solve all monthly issues related to Salary, Social
  • Insurance, PIT, Union, labor report, labor contract, KPI, employee benefit, company discipline.
  • Preparation of social and health insurance reports to concerned local authorities.
  • Provide input and implement global HR strategy, policies and processes according to Vietnam Labor Code and Regulations. Update office policies and ensure the compliance with them.
  • To update laws of labor, SI, Union…and make the company rules.
  • To organize the activities between employees and departments, building corporate culture, code of conduct among members.
  • Day to day execution of Admin Support.
  • To perform/check the storing and organizing information on official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents, to manage company’s property and equipment, do the reception work.
  • In charge of general office management and ordering stationary, purchasing IT devices, furniture, gifts, common assets, equipment or supplies in the business. Support management of facilities by storing invoices, payment vouchers, contracts related to buying, selling, renting, borrowing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
  • Arrange both internal and external events.
  • Other HR & Admin tasks as assigned by Country GD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor above about Business Administration Management, HR, or relevant education background;
  • Experience: at least 5 years working experience in HR-Admin Manager position, work in logistics business, service business.
  • Language skills: Business English fluency
  • Computer skills: Good Microsoft Office operation skill, Intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations.
Soft skills:
  • Experience in interacting with management
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to details
  • Multi-tasking with good ability to prioritize tasks, able to manage own working time effectively
  • Demonstrate the ability to work fairly independently in planning and managing projects
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for details
  • Strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary, strong interpersonal skills
  • Capability to organize events and people, planning and organizational skills
  • Have good ethics and self-discipline
