Role Overview
The Legal Director will have overall responsibility and accountability to organise the works for all legal inquiries of the group company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Legal compliance of group of companies
- Legal consultation for all business and operation activities: Interaction and relationship building with the Group’s operational, business and leadership team, identifying, and satisfying their request for legal assistance and counsel.
- Contractual works
- Legal issues, including but not limited to: Group’s licenses, permits, filings, projects, and work requirements including the development of showrooms and service facilities; Intellectual property; Claims, dispute and litigation; Other legal matter
- Management and coordination with all legal teams of subsidiaries
- Contact and coordinate with external law firms for sourcing their services.
- Daily matters that require legal attention and interaction with key leaders on specific projects (investment, M&A, financing etc.) in cooperation with holding legal department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Expat who has been working long years in US
- Automotive industry experience and experience of working in MNC company is required
- Previous regional or global scope is must
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Scrupulousness and diligence
- Executive presence, confidence, and enthusiastic attitude
- Can-do mindset with high energy and strong work ethic
