Finance Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                
Finance & Accounting:

• Execution of key financial procedures (e.g. bookkeeping, inventory control, fixed assets management)
• Preparation of financial statements (half year, financial year end) in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS and corporate policy)
• Financing, cash and FX management including related corporate reporting (e.g. liquidity forecast, FX exposure)
• Tax and audit activities including coordination with corporate functions
• Experience of Hyperion reporting system is preferred
• Experience of manufacturing accounting and costing system (e.g. standard costing and variances analysis)
• Declaration of VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT, Transfer Pricing reports and other reports.

Controlling:

• Accomplishment of corporate reporting requirements (e.g. monthly, weekly, capital expenditure, forecast)
• Monitoring of company performance (key financials and performance indicators) and derivation of improvement measures
• Preparation of budget and strategic planning together with Managing Director
• Support Managing Director in all business analysis necessary to the effective management of the company

Corporate Governance:

• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Local Policies &  Procedures (CPP & LPP)
• Enroll corporate export control and IT-Security standards
• Establish risk management and internal control system according to corporate and local requirements.
• Local contract management, which ensure good contract review and approval process is conducted for all contracts, ensure proper contract administration and assist negotiation if needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Finance/Accounting degree, CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as finance manager with knowledge of IFRS
• Practical knowledge of controlling and cost accounting in an industrial manufacturing business
• Experience in SAP or ERP system, MS-office, Hyperion reporting and J-SOX
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Possess excellent planning, analytical and organization skills.
• Dedicated, committed, a good team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under tight deadline reporting
• Practical knowledge of local taxation and legal requirement
• Practical knowledge of working capital and costing management
