Key Responsibilities:

            1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes.

• Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

• Develop financial KPIs, reporting dashboards, and monitoring systems.

• Partner with the CEO on strategic financial decisions and business growth initiatives.

• Spearhead fundraising efforts, engaging with investors and financial institutions.

   

  2. Accounting Management & Compliance 

• Ensure accuracy and transparency in accounting records and financial reports.

• Review and approve accounting documents to maintain compliance and integrity.

• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and audit regulations in accordance with Vietnamese law.

• Manage accounting systems and software, ensuring proper data processing and storage.

• Support financial planning and budgeting by providing accurate accounting data.

• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and relevant stakeholders to handle financial reporting and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• MBA or international financial certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA Level 1) are a plus.

• 7–10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Background in fast-growing startups or companies with expansion plans is preferred.

• Proven track record in capital raising and investor relations.

• Strong English communication skills (business-level proficiency).
