Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities 

• Maintain, update, and improve Finance - Accounting policies, procedures, and work processes

• Manage and control company assets (fixed, assets, cash, capital)

• Control prices, purchasing, and insurance

• Manage and approve tax, accounting, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and truthfulness

• Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting laws and the group's policies

• Coordinate management of accounting software systems

• Control credit, cash flow, and capital operations

• Plan mid-term and long-term budgets, including suggestions to the General Director

• Manage and organize meetings for the member's council and Board of Directors

• Perform tasks related to corporate governance (SDGs, ESG)

• Handle tasks related to joint ventures and investors

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

   

Job Requirements

• Having University degree in Accounting, Finance; Chief Accountant Certificate, ACCA is a plus

• Having knowledge of finance, accounting, IFRA

• Having 10 years in Finance & Accounting operations; at least 5 years in managerial roles in logistics/ forwarding company; Having experience in tax risk control and insurance control

• Having good command of English
