JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive Assistance:
- Update weekly huddles standard information (leave, showroom, etc..)
- Support Brand with internal Presentation Decks
- Assist Exec’s with messaging/inbox management
- Provide daily support to team members with all matters relating to P&C (dynamics issues, recruitment, resourcing, training, engagement etc)
- Work with leadership to introduce and support P&C programs and initiatives, creating a unique, successful, and fulfilling workplace
- Coordinate engagement policies to enhance Unios’ culture and live the company’s values every day
- Support local recruiting efforts and oversee phone, online and onsite interviews to ensure successful candidate interactions
- Assist with new employee on-boarding; oversee contract management, background checks, as well as additional maintenance
- Coordinate Health & Safety efforts
- Offer assistance with additional P&C matters as needed
- Maintain team member files
- Manage Enterprise Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all Director’s compliance requirements are being met (ASIC updates etc)
- Maintain all memberships (AICD, CA..)
- Ensure Insurances are in place and relevant Certificates of Currency are on hand
- Systems
- Embed P&C Systems and Processes
- Organise filing and retrieval systems for information (EG Standard Forms, Onboarding, Performance Profiles, Interviews...)
- Adopt and Roll-out new and Emerging Technologies as implemented by the Exec team
- Ensure out team data (milestones, birthdays...) is maintained with accurate and current data
- Cultural & Values Leadership
- Embed P&C Systems and Processes
- Organise filing and retrieval systems for information (EG Standard Forms, Onboarding, Performance Profiles, Interviews...)
- Adopt and Roll-out new and Emerging Technologies as implemented by the Exec team
- Ensure out team data (milestones, birthdays...) is maintained with accurate and current data
