POSITION
Deputy Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnership Business Development:
- Craft and lead partnership strategy.
- Identify ideal partners with complementary offerings and technology.
- Build & manage a comprehensive network (B2B, B2C, etc.) with diverse partners (banks, airlines, etc.).
- Negotiate and execute compliant partnership contracts.
- Proactively collaborate with partners to maximize opportunities.
- Planning & Execution:
- Drive assigned business plan goals.
- Establish operational guidelines & manage daily tasks.
- Coach & train new staff (as needed).
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Lead internal & external stakeholders to ensure financial & strategic alignment for all partnerships.
- Work with Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, and Digital Business Development teams to create innovative products and solutions.
- Reporting & Project Management:
- Analyze partnership & campaign performance.
- Complete reports & handle project management tasks (as assigned).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduating from College/University (Majoring in marketing and public relations is a plus)
- Languages: English (Fluency)
- Required experience:
- 4+ years of partnership/business development experience (finance or related industry).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and the digital landscape.
- Proven experience in sales campaigns, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
