We are seeking an experienced Die Casting Engineer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in die casting processes, preferably in an aluminum die casting factory. Alternatively, experience in a zinc die casting factory will also be considered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced Die Casting Engineer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in die casting processes, preferably in an aluminum die casting factory. Alternatively, experience in a zinc die casting factory will also be considered.
- Oversee die casting operations to ensure efficient production processes.
- Monitor and optimize machine performance and die casting parameters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to die casting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards.
- Train and mentor die casting operators and technicians.
- Maintain and repair die casting equipment as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in die casting processes, preferably in aluminum die casting.
- Strong understanding of die casting machines, molds, and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Leadership experience.
