Design Engineer (HVAC/Plumbing)

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client, foreign Engineering and Management company, is looking for Design Engineer specialized in HVAC/Plumbing in Ho Chi Minh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the project manager in producing HVAC and Plumbing technical studies in accordance with standards. 
• HVAC and Plumbing equipment selection
• Drafting technical specifications and producing cost estimates
• Selection of HVAC and Plumbing contractors
• 2D and 3D MEP drawings by deploying and developing CAD drawings, REVIT and BIM models for the company.
• Delivering Clash-Detection reporting plus solving.
• Managing and integrating data for interoperability across software applications
• Coordinating handover of models at the outcome

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Education background: in HVAC and Plumbing Engineering
• Having 2 or more years with proven work experience in MEP.
• Knowledge HVAC and Plumbing concept design and local standards
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Pack Office;
• Good skills in English
• Time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
