COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our customer, an Off-shore Development Center in Vietnam providing outsourcing service for Software Development, Testing and 24/7 Service Desk. The company specialize in IT solutions for logistics business such as shipping, terminal & yard, warehouse, trucking and forwarding. They are also researching new technologies for web, mobile, virtual reality, and machine learning.
Joining the company, you have opportunity to learn Logistics and professional management system of project development process.
Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Mon – Fri, 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Retrieve and extract the DEM/DET data from clients’ documents or Shipping Line’s homepage to input into available formats provided by clients

Communicate with clients in case of needs for clarification, verification, work deadlines/periodical report/schedule, etc
-
Verify the input data by other BPO members and assure the accuracy 99%+
-
Train the other BPO/SD members on overall business and DEM/DET data entry
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
At least 5 years of working experience in the marine shipping industry
-
Clearly understand the operation business of shipping company

Understand the process/business of DEM/DET
-
Strong reading comprehension skill (English)

Qualification/Certificates related to import/export/logistics/forwarding business

Be able to communicate in English
-
Capable training skill is a plus
-
Good QC/QA skill is a plus
