JAC's client is a foreign bank based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cultivate, nurture, and oversee relationships with both local and multinational clients, ensuring the surpassing of planned Total Operating Income targets and maintaining high-quality debt within the entire customer portfolio.
  • Gain insight into the clients' businesses, identify risks, and pinpoint potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other product divisions, regional offices, and the Head Office (if relevant) to propose viable solutions, create pitch materials, and promote banking products to clients.
  • Work closely with product and functional divisions to strategize, build, and develop business plans and account strategies, monitoring their progress.
  • Establish credit facilities by preparing and reviewing credit applications, analyzing client credit profiles, proposing credit terms, and presenting for approval to the Credit Division or Credit Committee (if any). Oversee the sound credit management of the assigned portfolio.
  • Engage in negotiations of contractual documents with clients and prepare requested business reports.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for business development and risk management, coordinating with relevant departments to implement these initiatives.
  • Undertake additional business responsibilities assigned by the Department Head/Management in alignment with the branch's vision and strategy.
 
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Having at least 7 years working experience as Relationship Manager for local / MNC corporate clients.
  • Academic background in banking, finance and/or economics.
  • Strong credit analytical skill, able to analyze customers' credit profile, identify risk and mitigation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
  • Good sales and communication skills.
  • High sense of ethic and compliance.
  • Good command in English.
  • Active, result oriented, resourceful and good business sense in identifying risk and developing business strategy.
  • Ability to work and under high pressure.
