Business Development Manager - HVAC

Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements such as chiller retrofits or optimization software. 

Conduct thorough energy audits and analyze energy consumption data and performance metrics to assess client facilities. 

Develop customized solutions aligning with client objectives and prepare ROI calculations to demonstrate the financial benefits of proposed energy efficiency projects. 

Assist in developing energy efficiency sales strategies and contribute to sales forecasting efforts. 

Liaise with internal teams, including Business Development and Technical Support, to ensure seamless project execution. 

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and relevant client information. 

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within the HVAC industry, focusing on promoting energy efficiency solutions. 

Basic understanding of HVAC products, systems, and energy-saving technologies. 

Experience in conducting energy audits and analyzing energy consumption data. 

Familiarity with financial analysis, including ROI calculations and cost-benefit assessments. 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
