JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth and establishing valuable client relationships. You will be the key person for generating and nurturing leads, ensuring that potential opportunities are effectively identified and qualified. Your mission extends to engaging clients and stakeholders, aligning our offerings with their needs, and fostering connections that fuel our expansion.

Business Development Manager will be a key contributor, driving expansion in a dynamic work environment that embraces a hybrid work arrangement, a competitive base salary, and commission based incentives.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients that align with the company's services. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals. Develop strategies to attract potential clients and convert leads into prospects.

Prospect Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their potential value and fit with the company's offerings. Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision making authority.

Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication, meetings/presentations, and follow-up. Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.

Proposal Development: Create proposals that showcase the company's expertise and solutions. Customize proposals to address client needs and concerns.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing their concerns and objections while highlighting the value proposition of the company's services. Work towards closing deals and securing contracts.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with other businesses, vendors, or organizations that can complement the company's offerings and expand its reach.

Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Use this information to position the company's solutions effectively and maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Strategy: Develop effective strategies for reaching target audiences, creating brand awareness, and penetrating new markets.

Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Post-Sales Relationship: Ensure a smooth transition for clients through to delivery and implementation of projects. Maintain communication to address any issues, gather feedback, and identify further opportunities.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated about the latest trends, technologies, and market dynamics


JOB REQUIREMENT
Functional/Technical
· Experience and background in sales for the following industries will be an advantage: IT services, consulting, software, hardware; Manufacturing ; Telecommunications ; B2B and industrial retail; Machinery; Logistics
· At least 05 years of sales experience, preferably in above mentioned sector/industries, or any industry where they show high achievement
· Proven track record as a telesales representative or in similar sales/customer service roles is ideal
· Able to learn about the products and services offered and effectively convey them to prospective clients
· Composed under pressure and able to handle rejection
· Skilled in negotiation and effective at resolving issues and addressing client concerns
· Proficient in CRM management
· Demonstrated sales record within their relevant industry

· Have empathy and relationship building skills
· Able to meet with and entertain clients and potential clients
· Problem solving, time management and organizational skills
