Job Description

- Involved in all project phases from requirement definition to release.

- Manage Vietnam offshore development team and project progress.

- Interpret Japanese client specifications and support communication and QA.

- Review deliverables to ensure quality (designs, code, test specs/results).

Requirements

- Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2 level, capable of facilitating communication between clients and offshore development teams.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Bridge Systems Engineer (BrSE) for software projects with Japanese clients.

- Experience and understanding of software development phases (from requirements gathering onwards).

- 2+ years of development experience (Javascript/C#/PHP/Python, etc.)
